Pets are allowed with the understanding that any damage done by the pet will be deducted from the refundable security deposit.

The full amount of the reservation is due at the time of booking.

Renter is entitled to a full refund, for a cancellation made at least 7 days prior to the rental start date. Renter is entitled to a 50% refund, for a cancellation made at least 48 hours prior to the rental start time. Less than 48 hours prior to the rental start time, the booking is non-refundable. NO refund for Renter tardy arrivals, NO refund for Renter missed rentals and NO refunds for early returns. If Owner cancels booking for any reason prior to the rental start time, Renter is entitled to a full refund. Owner recommends Renter purchase travel insurance.
