Fine Print

The renter must be at least 25 years old and have a valid driver’s license to rent and tow the travel trailer.

Pets are allowed with the understanding that any damage done by the pet will be deducted from the refundable security deposit.
The full amount of the reservation is due at the time of booking.

Renter is entitled to a full refund, for a cancellation made at least 30 days prior to the rental start date. Renter is entitled to a 50% refund, for a cancellation made at least 14 days prior to the rental start date. Less than 14 days prior to the rental start date, the booking is non-refundable. A 24-hour cancellation grace period is given to all bookings made at least 7 days prior to the rental start date. For all bookings made within 7 days of the rental start date, a 1-hour grace period is given. If a booking is cancelled during a grace period, Renter is entitled to a full refund. If Owner cancels booking for any reason, Renter is entitled to a full refund.  Owner recommends Renter purchase travel insurance.

FREE delivery and pickup is within 25 miles of zip code 76018. Delivery and pick up outside the 25-mile radius of zip code 76018 is $4.75 per mile up to 300 miles maximum delivery range.

NO smoking and NO vaping is allowed inside the travel trailer. The travel trailer must be returned smoke-free, clean, and damage-free to receive the full refundable security deposit.
It is the renter’s responsibility to remove all personal items before checkout. If a personal item is left after checkout we will contact the renter to arrange for the shipment of the personal item at the renter’s expense to be deducted from the refundable security deposit.
